paperless: Use a tech-savvy real estate agent to go paperless and save time!

Going paperless is just one of the benefits of using a tech-savvy real estate agent. Not only does it save my client's time, but it's better for the environment as well. Here are 3 ways I go paperless and how it benefits my clients: 1) Using electronic signature software for contracts - I utilize electronic signature software like DocuSign and Authentisign to have my clients sign contracts. Now my clients do not have to arrange a time to meet in person, sign, wait for me to get back to my office to scan in their signatures. It ends up being much more efficient to turnaround documents.
