staged homes for sale: Taming the Purple Potty. No Walls Were Painted for this Post. - 05/05/09 01:23 PM
While preparing for a staging job, have you ever seen a bright purple bathroom, and your first inclination was to ask the homeowner to paint it?
Well, we saw this room, and we thought that with some creative staging, we could “tone down” the purple color.

My staging partner Sue Weeks and I met with her a few days later. As we walked into her kitchen, there, on her counter, was our business card. Looking as good as new! She had kept it for the past year, anticipating … (26 comments)

As a home seller, do you believe you are at the mercy of the market? Do you believe you are at the mercy of the buyer? We say: “NO YOU ARE NOT! “

At Homestaging Solutions Inc., we believe you have the power! We work with home sellers who believe in being pro-active, not passive. In other words, you have control over one very important aspect of the sale of your home: How it presents itself to the buyer.
