Wayzata home owners it is time for your March of 2012 update. The Wayzata real estate market is continuing to show some great numbers. According to Infosparks through the NorthstarMLS, the month’s supply of homes for sale is down 29.1% from March of 2011. That is an unbelievable drop in homes for sale. In March of 2011, we had a 7 Month supply of homes for sale in Wayzata. In March of 2012, we had a 5 month supply.
