horses: Farm Property Marketing

I have listed a NICE piece of property! The only problem is I don't know where my marketing dollars would best be spent. I am relatively new to the real estate industry (going on 5 years in Alabama) and have worked with all kinds of property, yet this is my first experience with a rural piece of property with this hefty of a price tag; $945,000. I have done research and found a few options, all of which are EXTREMELY expensive. Bloodhorse magazine seems to be a big hit for advertising horse farms and the like.
