Yahoo joins services with Zillow Miami, Fl -- Yahoo Inc. has planned to start passing down its advertisements and local real estate listings to Zillow.com, an online real estate service, in order to improve its home buying features. I have been fortunate. I acquired buyers during the tax credit boom that have decided that they want to take their time to buy. So, those, on top of the first timers I was able to close prior to credit expiring, have left me truly blessed for the next few months. Whose to say what will happen after the Summer...
