Yes, yes, a resounding yes! I recently took a first time home buyer to a new construction site. After months of looking, he choose his community. We sat down and spoke of the virtues of different lots before he selected his lot. We spoke of home configuration before he selected his house style and choice. Imagine my surprise when he was finally signing the contract for his new home, with me next to him, and the sales agent announced he no longer needed me as his agent!
