I received a call from someone who was remodeling a house on the island in Vero Beach. My company Perfect Images was referred to him by a realtor. This person purchased a single story home and decided to embrace the adventure of remodeling. The house turned out to be more like a three story luxurious residence with a perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean, and even though it is not completed the owner decided to do a virtual tour to start advertising. Owning a Virtual Tour Company has been something more than an adventure. I could say I love it! I've never enjoyed a job like I enjoy doing 360 Virtual Tours. Buyers Market is GREAT for Virtual Tours I've been working with a Realtor that loves my virtual tour company's work. She asked me to make a 360 tour on one of her listings, in the 10 million dollar range. This house was going to be furnished in a couple of weeks.
