It's that time of year again! Summer brings forth a variety of fun events and it proves to be a popular time for homes with amenities geared toward summer activities. In fact, homes with summer features are listed with at least 10% higher prices than other homes. Features, including outdoor showers, barbecues, entertainers poor or spa, fire pits or outdoor fireplaces, and zoned sprinkles, all contribute to an increase in listing prices. summer: Humble Sea Brewery & Verve Coffee: Summer Release Party

The Humble Sea Brewing Company and Verve Coffee Roasters have collaborated together to host the best summer release party! The event will take place on Friday, July 13th, 2018 from 6 PM to 10 PM at the Humble Seacret Garden, located in the back of the brewery parking lot. Humble Sea is proud to be selling their foggy double IPAs, while Verve will be serving coffee, along with their signature drink, Guatemalan cascara –– a coffee cherry tea. summer: A Sunny Spring for Santa Cruz, CA

Today is a spring day in Santa Cruz, CA, very much looked forward to by all of it's residents. The sun is shining, the beach is glistening, and it's back to those moments where I'd rather be surfing. This past month has been a doozy for Santa Cruz residents. With the tsunami warnings from the 8.9 earthquake in Japan, our harbor took a small hit, but luckily most of our boat owners came out lucky(left). We also experienced some flooding just this past week, causing quite a commotion. The San Lorenzo river flooded a bit, blocking roads to many homes and softening the … (0 comments)
