One of our Peers in Boulder County provided us with a very clear and perfect explenation why working with a Realtor, when buying a home is so important.
We wanted to share this with our visitors, as it apples to all home buyers everywhere.
As one other Realtor pointed out;
As the Seller is paying the commissions from the proceeds, the expectation to be able to buy for less just because you made an offer using the listing agent is not guaranteed, and should certainly not be a driving force in making decisions on such an important purchase.
