Empower People Around the World...... $ 25.00 at the time Yesterday we noticed a post by Richard Ruggaber from LA, who by way of kiva.org is providing funding for "micro loans" to those in countries, situations and environments that would not otherwise be able to obtain a loan to start or grow their own small business. For Linda and I and in our little way we hope to pay it forward.
