Having a residential property under contract in Justin, Texas has given me a chance to get out of my city comfort zone and into the animal kingdom on the farm. Trespassing is against the law. Buyers, do not ask me to show you property if you are not qualified to buy. Just because I have a license, doesn't mean I have the authority to allow anyone who isn't qualified to roam, take a look around with the pretense they are interested in buying someones property, even if it is for sale.
