Are you looking to buy a home in Flower Mound, Texas? During the month of October 2023, you won't find a house that looks like a pumpkin house, but you will find plenty of places to buy a pumpkin and turn your lawn into something wonderful for all the neighbors to see! The photograph was actually taken a few years ago at the Dallas Arboretum where they always put out a nice Halloween exhibit. Living in Flower Mound is a great place to live for inspiration.

January is just about over. Flower Mound is growing. Houses are on the market. Some are under contract; others pending. Since January 1, 2020, 51 homes sold in Flower Mound!!! Yes! Houses are going FAST! In winter, buyers are not napping.
 
The minimum home sold between January 1 and January 28, 2020 is $254,900. The first closing for the new year occurred on January 2nd; four closed on January 3rd in the mid range.
