In the Beginning
It all began with a listing before TEXT messaging. An Agent called wanting to show but wasn't familiar with Flower Mound. She asked me if I would show my listing to her clients. When God created me to be a Real Estate Agent, HE made me humble. I began to see very quickly how hard I'd have to work to earn a living. Serving people is a sacred thing, you begin a journey that's interesting with new people (sometimes repeat clients); then you watch them pick out houses that appeal to their senses. Under fiduciary responsibility, you begin to understand other people's needs, desires, and wants. With courage and integrity I learned to educate, inform, and negotiate contracts - all of this under trust and confidence... it works two ways.
I enjoy selling residential properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I began my career in January 2003 full time and never regretted my decision to become self-employed. I have built my business by referrals and repeat business. I care enough to provide quality service to succeed in business. My passion is understanding the needs of the people who want to buy and sell Real Estate. I'm an advocate for education.
