According to folklore, Irish hospitality means offering every guest the same welcome you would offer if Christ came into your home. Open your heart and hearth in the spirit of hospitality. Here's an old Irish Soda Bread recipe passed down through the generations directly from Ireland. Feel free to pass it on.
1/2 package of Raisins (scaled and set aside)
3 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 cup Sugar
1 & 1/2 cup Buttermilk
