"It's all about the people. It's about networking and being nice to people and not burning any bridges. Your book is going to impress, but in the end, it is the people that are going to hire you." ---Mike Davidson
The 2020 Corona Virus Alert to America started in March. Inspirationally, I have been challenged to rise above the pandemic. My Sellers and I have been friends for more than 20 years. Maintaining a friendship for any length of time involves commitment and the confidence to know, this friendship could last. Between March and August we were challenged by obstacles, such as to list or not to (65 comments)
I give thanks for all God's creatures, great and small. The following photos were taken at Japanese Gardens at Fort Worth Botanical Gardens on 11/25/2017. I am thankful for all God's creatures, great and small.
Creatures like this live freely upon this earth in harmony with humans. None of them are in a cage, locked up behind bars, they are not domestic pets, and they all live without being in captivity. Have you ever noticed that when a human comes upon a squirrel, many will stop and look you straight in the eye? Some will even pose, like the (32 comments)
I am thankful for trees. They are forever giving back to the community. Sometimes they have to shake and loose their leaves to get noticed, but I notice that without trees, the earth would be bare. I could bearly stand it if they disappeared. While visiting the Japanese Gardens in Fort Worth, TX on Saturday, 11/25/17, I took notice of the beauty of trees.
Leaves may change and fall to the ground, but they are never really gone completely. Truly, I am thankful for the trees and their leaves and the happy homes they give to birds and squirrels (13 comments)
This post is written for the people who don't live with family members in multi-generational homes or in close proximity because a move or relocation changed the family dynamics. Holidays can be stressful only if you let it. Giving thanks doesn't have to end... does it?

Pond life is always interesting. My first encounter was with a family of turtles sunning on a rock in the middle of the pond. Next came the Great Blue Heron under a bridge. I spent time observing the Heron and even trailed behind as he went down the path (11 comments)
I think that I shall never see A poem lovely as a tree, A tree whose hungry mouth is prest Against the earth's sweet flowing breast; A tree that looks at God all day And lifts her leafy arms to pray; A nest of robins in her hair; Upon whose bosom snow has lain; Who intimately lives with rain. Poems are made by fools like me, But only God can make a tree. …Joyce Kilmer, "Trees," 1914

There are living things in nature that tell a story. Trees and plants can live to be one hundred years old or more. They breathe, release oxygen; around a body of water incoming light waves set the electrons of the water molecules in motion. The Japanese Gardens at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens is a beautiful place for humans to replenish and fuel up on energy. In this first photograph I observed how the sun is captured by leaves as the light flickered (34 comments)
I enjoy selling residential properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I began my career in January 2003 full time and never regretted my decision to become self-employed. I have built my business by referrals and repeat business. I care enough to provide quality service to succeed in business. My passion is understanding the needs of the people who want to buy and sell Real Estate. I'm an advocate for education.
