SOLD - 1421 Santos Drive in Denton, TX has closed and funded. The property listed as a "Coming Soon," on 3/31/19 and became an Active listing on Friday, 4/5/19. Effective 4/5/19 it went under contract and sold on Monday, 5/6/19. 
 
This beautiful corner lot showed exceptionally well. The owner did her part to maintain it from the day she purchased it until the day it closed. This was my 5th time representing an amazing property owner.
