Found this neat new search tool the other day while surfing the web.  When you input information it opens the serach results in a book format. You can flip through the pages to see all the results.

It is very different from the standard search results you find on google.

technology: What are using Snag It Video Capture to Do? - 08/04/08 11:57 AM
I just starting playing with Snag-It version 9 video capture and wonder if anyone else has it yet?  If so how do you see yourself using it?  I noticed it doesn't record the sound when you capture the video.  Looks as if you need to have a separate microphone hooked up. 
Any suggestions from other users?

This is a great way to start off 2008. Exploring all of the predications for Active Rain and the real estate market.
Taking a look back in time with my technology background I don't think anyone could have predicted where we would be today with YouTube Videos, Podcasts and mobile technologies. All of these are going to be important pieces of the real estate technology puzzle in 2008.
Hope it is a good year for everyone.
