We love the idea of being able to stage our listings to help our sellers homes look their very best. And, with no intended offense to our wonderful stagers out there, we wanted to do it with a bit more impact.

I'm attempting some "out of the box" marketing for my Listings and decided to turn my for sale sign into a flyer! I've eliminated the flyer box on my yard arm in hopes this eye catching for sale sign will get my phone ringing. Would love you thoughts, suggestions, input, comments and critisms.
