I have just returned from Brokers Tour here in Novato. On visiting many of the houses and condo's on the market I was struck by how the color of walls affect my emotional state. Colors can conjure up the feeling of deep serenity or on the contrary feelings of agitation. Colors are tricky. I can't begin to tell you the amount of times I have fallen in love with that little color chip and have promptly  fallen out of love into hysteria when seeing it on the walls. I just found out about this really cool site that will translate your web pages into any of ten different languages including Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Portuguese! I believe you have to load special fonts onto your computer to translate Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Greek. What is wonderful about this is that it is FREE!! Ok, so I needed to retile my bathroom so I took myself off to  Tile and Stone in San Rafael in hopes of finding a quick and easy solution.  On being totaly overwhelmed on arrival with the vast array to choose from I was rescued by Katie, a lovely young woman who promtly took me to her favorite bathroom tile and I thought Great! problem solved.  It wasn't until I got it home and went YIKES! wrong color that I began to experience the joy of working with the people at Tile and Stone.  I am small potatoes compared to a lot … (3 comments)
