That is a question that I am getting asked alot lately.  I do alot of reading and listening to Real Estate news and what I seem to get is that they are hoping for a turn around possibly September/October or this year.  Many say that we must see more job stability and I would have to agree that seems to be the big hurdle we do have to get over.  We still have Shadow forclosures and will probably see this for a while to get though what homes are already in the pipeline.  The interest rates are the best I have … (1 comments)
