I looked up the mls for recent pending sales in Flowers Mill to do comps for a buyer.

I looked up the mls yesterday for active listings.

People love to live there because of the lovely clubhouse that offers year round resort style living. It is a gated community. The clubhouse offers an indoor pool and banquet room, card room,library, exercise room and lots of activities.
There are detached and attached homes in Flowers Mill. All of them have garages and first floor main bedroom.
There are some homes with basements as well.

It offers year round resort style living . The communty has an awesome clubhouse with indoor pool, banquet room,library,exercise room and lots of activities. There is an outdoor pool, and there are tennis courts.
I looked up the mls this morning and found 4 homes for sale.
They vary in price from $329,900 to $410,000.
There are different models and floor plans. the Rosewell Villa is listed for $329,900.
Marshall model is listed for $359,900.
A Winterthur model is listed for $399,900 and a Thornhill Villa is listed for $410,000
