I looked up the mls for active listings in Salem Manor.
There is only one active listing in mls.

Flowers Mill is a lovely active adult community in Langhorne, Bucks county Pa.
People love to live there because of the lovely clubhouse that offers year round resort style living. It is a gated community. The clubhouse offers an indoor pool and banquet room, card room,library, exercise room and lots of activities.
There are detached and attached homes in Flowers Mill. All of them have garages and first floor main bedroom.
There are some homes with basements as well.

Centennial Station is an affordable 55plus communty in Warminster Bucks county.
People love to live here because it is close to the train station from where you can go to Philadelphia and to the airport.
There are 8 homes for sale right now.
The lowest price is $139,500 for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. The highest price is 239,995 for a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath penthouse.

Flowers Mill is a lovely 55plus community in Bucks County.
It offers year round resort style living . The communty has an awesome clubhouse with indoor pool, banquet room,library,exercise room and lots of activities. There is an outdoor pool, and there are tennis courts.
I looked up the mls this morning and found 4 homes for sale.
They vary in price from $329,900 to $410,000.
There are different models and floor plans. the Rosewell Villa is listed for $329,900.
Marshall model is listed for $359,900.
A Winterthur model is listed for $399,900 and a Thornhill Villa is listed for $410,000

Flowers Mill is an active adult community located in Bucks County Pa. It is a gated community in Langhorne.

Yorktown is a lovely active adult community in Jamison Bucks county. It is a small community and has a clubhouse with banquet room and card room, and exercise room. It does not have a pool. The monthly fees are $235 .
I looked up the mls and found two homes for sale One is listed at $335,000. It is an end unit. Another is listed at $337,900
There were 3 sales in last 6 months. One home sold for $320,000 in 156 days, another sold for $327,500 in 143 days and one sold for $337,000 in 39 days.

Yorktown is a lovely active adult community in Jamison Bucks County Pa. They have a clubhose , exercise room, library and card room. It is located next to Community park.
I looked up the mls and found there are two homes for sale . One is listed at $332,500 . It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and garage.
The other one is listed for $349,900.
There is one home under contract , pending settlement. It was listed for $329,500 and was marketed for 156 days.
