shelton real estate: Thurston County Market Update for October 2008

Another month has gone by and the market has changed a bit. Inventory is down, the number of sales have almost stayed the same. Fall usually does have a bit of drop off on sales. It is not the most popular time to be moving. But it does happen. December has always been one of my better months. The bottom line? Homes are still being bought and sold in Thurston County.
