According to a recent National Association of Realtors Survey there are 10 things that buyers reported wanting from their real estate agent MORE than anything else in their home search... The survey discovered that buyers wanted these Ten (10) things:1. Helped them understand the process2. Pointed out unnoticed features and faults of homes3. Negotiated better on the purchase contract4. Improved their knowledge of search area5. Provided a better list of service providers than clients had knowledge of6. Negotiated a better price7.
