They start collecting launch fees next month (May). The fee to launch is $6 for Hayden residents and $8 for non-residents. The Associated Press just announced: Homebuyers tax credit extension fails Home buyers already under contract for a home by April 30, 2010 will still have to close escrow no later than June 30, 2010 in order to receive the $8000 first time Homebuyer tax credit or the $6500 tax credit for repeat HomeBuyers. Many banks have tightened up standards on their mortgage loans in the current lending enviorment. Many Homebuyers are being turned away becasue their Bank does not offer FHA financing options. FHA is a great way to go if the borrower is putting down less than 20%, even if the borrower has an excellent credit score. Today, many banks are not offering conventional loans with private mortgage insurance for borrowers under 740 with less than 20% available for the down payment.
