Zillow gives traditionally low values for the homes in my neighborhood. The truth of the matter is all the homes east of US 1 in Ormond Beach, Florida, are located on limited property of neighborhoods bordering the Halifax River. I view this land as limited therefore desirable and always in demand. Last year zillow stated the home next to mine was valued at about $250,000. It sold for $309,000. The view to the right is of the "Petite Great Room" of a home I listed in Plantation Bay - Ormond Beach , Florida. ICI Builders specializes in what northerners may refer to as tract homes.
