rude behavior: Wierd Stuff Going On or Please don't touch the draperies

I have a vacant, unfurnished house listed for $549,900. I stopped by to check up on it, clean up newspapers, vacum bugs, refill flyers, etc. Every window in the 2788 sq ft house has custom draperies with tie-backs and that metal arm that the tieback wraps around so it's not droopy. On this day I discovered that every tie back had been undone and the draperies were hanging loose and looking awful. It was wierd and bizarre. Why didn't the agent tidy up after their buyers?
