Residents of Tavares, Florida and the surrounding areas can rejoice...the city and Warner Bros have struck a deal to bring the Polar Express Train Ride to Tavares for the Christmas season.
As if that wasn't great news by itself, the city also struck a deal to bring vintage train rides to Mount Dora and Eustis. The cars will be air conditioned and they will start operating in August or September. The vintage trains are from the 1950's and will operate year round. Definitely great news for a city that is on the rise.
