It has been a busy June and July for us in our household...with barely enough time to jot down some thoughts....but the mind created many incredible thoughts; one of which I will share with you shortly.
Now I fully understand why mini-vacations are a must...to revive the spark of imagination that seems to sputter at times in our every day environment.

We always hear that Price, Condition, and Location are major factors on why a home does not sell...and that does hold merit on its own accord; however there are two other factors that go hand in hand with the other three...

Trash day....especially after the Christmas Holiday...Boxes, Bottles, Paper...OH MY!!!! Sorting out the recycle and the perishables...yes it is a pain in the...where the sun shines the least, however, we must protect the environment we live in.
No, I am not a radical environmentalist, I do however believe we must respect the environment we live and work in....We are keepers for the generations to come, and should make the world a better place than we received it...

It was a normal day as usual, just another Wednesday, except, I had to have everything accomplished before 5 pm; I have the checkbook for the Lodge and I do not want the Master to give me a call. OK drop my son off at school, run home quick to grab my things, and get to the bus stop. Car? Drive? Not to go to Center City Philadelphia and also having to tend to my 2 year old son that is with me on a daily basis. Yes my son accompanies me to the office and appointments, Real Estate is great.Well, (3 comments)
