It’s that time of year, again, for Sun City Grand Semi-Annual sale. This is always a favorite event in Sun City Grand. Allthe residents come together in one area for The Grand garage sale.There will be thousands of “treasures” for you to browse thru. Sun City Grand is slated to have over 200 vendors for this event. I took my clients to the Garden Café in Sun City West. One of my clients had the soup of the day, chicken noodle and the other had a burger. I had half a sandwich and a cup of soup.
The meal arrived quickly and was delicious. My client was very impressed. This is a very small restaurant with quality food.

Can changing your address change your life?I recently sold a home, in an Arizona Retirement Community, to a couple about 10 months ago. They were originally from North Dakota. When they came here they purchased a home in a family community approximately 6 years ago. They had moved from a small town and wanted to have a new home.
