Well here I am, about to do another open house in Sun City Festival. As I enter the community, it is very peaceful. I just finished observing a home inspection on one of our listings that has sold in Sun City Festival. It is absolutely imperative to have an inspector that explains every aspect of the report to your clients.
The company that we use is Purist. Paul, the inspector and owner is an absolute gem. He uses a FLIR infa red radar gun. This helps look into the walls to see insulation, beams, and check air conditioning/heater temperatures.

“A picture speaks a thousand words” or so they say. I was just researching some properties on line to show clients tomorrow. Taking lots of pictures of a listing is a wonderful idea. However, do not put in pictures of closets with clothes on the floor, even if it is a walk-in closet. We need to always put our best foot forward and also our client’s best interest. p.s. I had to pick up a couple of items at the grocery store. In the checkout line my phone is ringing and I am juggling my three items.
