2008 - 87 Units Sold. Avg list price $173,237. Avg sold price $164,349 - a 95% List to sell ratio
2009 - 64 Units Sold - Avg list price $161,730. Avg sold price $155,177 - a 96% List to Sell Ratio
Numbers showing an average overall drop in sold price of right around $9,000 can in part be attributed to foreclosures, a few of which were neglected properties. It only take one or two to move the overall numbers. Basically it looks to me to be a dead heat to … (0 comments)
