Arrowhead Lakes, one of the most popular vacation resort communities in the Pocono Mountains is rich in tradition and history but typically the lakefront home market only consisted of older circa 1970's homes for sale. The market for lakefronts has always been solid, even held it's value through the past three years of overall decline. The fact that these older lakefront homes in Arrowhead Lakes are still commanding around $400,000 + or - goes a long way to say that this community and it's central amenity, the lake are a Big and Beautiful enough draw to keep the buyers buying!
