Just 4 years ago the lakefront buyers were so careful about which lake they bought on! It HAD to be Arrowhead Lakes or Towamensing or Naomi etc...Didn't matter what the house was but it had to be one of those BIG Lakes.
Fast Forward now 4 years and the Lakefront buyers are seeking the Absolute MOST Home on a body of water, sometimes a body of water that I wouldn't even call a lake but more a small pond. This has been where the trends have been heading and continue today.
