Well I got this email this morning and it had real nice sunny pictures on it with people in tee shirts on bikes etc...The heading was "Opening Days For Rails to Trails". Sooooo I'm reading the article while glancing out my office window at the snow squall we were in the middle of and I'm thinking to myself Where the Hell are these people in this email that they can dress for summer this early in April?
