Wow, what a GREAT program for a Veterans that are active, were Active, Reserve, National Guard, and or Coast Guard.  This is one of the few programs that will allow 100% financing for purchases or refinances.  So call Phil Olson (8 yr US Army Vet) to get all the details.  I automatically give all my VA customer a 25% discount on their origination too....
