What's With the Weather? What's with the Real Estate Market? (Westlake, OH)

Westlake has had a real estate market downturn in 2011. And, could the winter and spring (to date) weather have been much worse?  We had multiple blizzards with snow covering the ground most of the winter.  Then, spring arrived with the all time record for rain in April. And, although we did see the strange yellow ball for a few days, we are back in a week of rain again. TEAM PRIBISKO believes the negative impact on our real estate market from weather has been significant.

Westlake, OH - The members of the Westlake Town Criers (a non-profit organization) are, again, hosting an Easter Egg Hunt at the Westlake Recreation Center at the outdoor playground area.  The date and time is Saturday, April 16, 2011, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.  There are 3 categories: 3yrs and under (continuous from 1:00 to 1:30), 4 to 6 yrs (scramble at 1:00) and 7 to 10 yrs (scramble at 1:30). 
There will be family fun, candy galore, special prizes, raffles and refreshments, as well.
