WE NEED SELLERS IN THE GREATER CLEVELAND AREA! LIST YOUR HOME NOW! Yes, in the past, sellers waited for spring to list their homes, if they did not need to sell. Spring was when all the trees and plants bloomed, grass was green and all was right with the world. This is no longer the case. The Greater Cleveland Area has a lack of homes for sale at most price points. In my opinion, with the research I have done, we are not in a Buyers' Market. Currently, we are in a Sellers' Market! Whether you are a Seller or a Buyer, in the current market, you need a Realtor who can be a chameleon, whether as a Seller's Agent or as a Buyer's Agent.
There is a significant difference between the selling habits, buying habits, communication methods and styles, wants and needs, etc. of the different age groups who are buying and selling real estate.And, often, a transaction involves a Seller and a Buyer from different generations.
