With the various websites offering to post listings, I wonder if anyone has come up with the most time efficient way to manually enter listings onto these websites? I understand that with Reallyo, you are able to use their code to input listings into CraigsList... but are there any other interactive or multi-use sites to make this process easier? You've heard it before. We are in a full-on Buyer's Market. But why are people so apprehensive to buy anything? Many are just sitting on the fence, unsure whether they should jump in.
