email content: Your Home Seller & Listing-Booster Resource Pack. - 11/30/17 12:06 PM
Howdy ActiveRainers,
Tim here, week going well?
I’ve taken the liberty of compiling our best seller-driven marketing content for all of you listing agents out there.

Well, upon hearing the news that we (San Jose, California – home of PropertyMinder headquarters) are (still) the hottest real estate market in the nation, I felt compelled to share the wealth (of knowledge) so to speak.
We see low inventory left and right. We see the stress and setbacks it’s causing agents. And we’re still committed to empowering folks to fight what appears to be an uphill battle: generating more listings. … (1 comments)

email content: 5 Tips for Writing the Best Email Headlines Ever - 06/20/17 02:04 PM
by Andy Coffaro
You’re probably aware that one of the best ways to nurture your leads is through engaging, compelling, and enlightening email newsletters. There are best practices you should employ when sending them out, including using fun and casual language and providing one-click unsubscribe links at the bottom.
There’s only one major problem here: If your leads never open your email in the first place, then all the best practices in the world won’t matter.
The bottom line is this: When it comes to email marketing, there is nothing more important than the subject line.
A bad email subject line is like a busted doorknob. There might be all … (9 comments)

email content: This Real Estate Agent Knows Best (Re: Father's Day). - 06/14/17 01:13 PM
Howdy ActiveRainers,
Tim here - how's your summer going?
Heads up: Father's Day is this Sunday the 18th.

Given the fact that parent-child dynamics vary from person to person, I tried to be as inclusive as possible when drafting the greeting below. Let me know what you think - and feel free to use the content in an email marketing campaign (it's never too early to schedule one - you can literally copy, paste, fill in the blanks and send it).

While you're at it, remind folks that father YOU know best when it comes to meeting their ALL of their real estate needs.

It's so easy to say "hello"and to simply remind people what it is you do. Ask people how their summer is going so far. Ask your leads and clients where they went or are going on vacation. email content: Boosting Referrals & Listings: The "Cherry On Top" Approach. - 08/16/16 06:37 AM
Howdy ActiveRainers,
Tim here - how've you been? Summer wrapping up well?
Just thought I'd share another quick, seller-focused Script Of The Week.
First - a quick definition:
The cherry on the cake (or on top): A desirable feature perceived as the finishing touch to something that is already very good. (

Think of the content below (as well as every other follow-up email and phone script that I write for you) as the sweet and memorable cherry-on-top for all of your transactions - a way of coming out on top and securing post-transactional referrals from, and fostering long-term relationships with, your leads and clients.

Hey ActiveRainers,

Tim here, summer going well?
Just thought I'd share another quick, seller-oriented Script Of The Week.

If you're at a loss of how to convince homeowners to turn to you when they're ready to make a decision - this email (or phone) pitch really drives your message home (no pun intended).

Okay, okay. The subject line may be pushing it a little - but your goal is to get their attention, right? If you'd prefer a softer subject line, let me know and I'll send an alternative one your way, in a jiffy.

email content: Your Listings Are On Their Way. - 07/19/16 06:45 AM
Hey ActiveRainers,
How've you been? Tim here, again, with a quick Script Of The Day.
Similar to recent ones, this email marketing greeting is only really relevant for agents actively working with sellers.
If you're one of the many agents struggling with what some dub as "thinventory" - Seller's Corner is THE listing-generator you should turn to this summer, and beyond. Agents we work with have sparked results within minutes of using it.
That said - with us, you can virtually guarantee listings are on their way.
Let's make the following seller greeting a regular thing for you to be sending out...
Dear _______,
As we approach the finish line, there is so much to celebrate.

Call us perfectionists – but we believe in going above and beyond our clients’ standards. That includes access to personalized marketing content for any and all circumstances.
With that said, we’re recapping some of our most popular conversation-starters we’ve written for PropertyMinder agents and brokers.
Before you read on, we’d also like to add – aside from our cutting-edge tools, if none of the following inspires, alarms or compels you to take a free 30 day test drive (including one-on-one writing requests) – we frankly do not know what will.

Hi there,
We've asked our writers to come up with effective, great-sounding past-client email text for you. And they delivered.
Why not make sure you make the most out of the first few weeks of summer?
It's so easy to simply say "hello"and remind people what it is you do.
Write to people individually or send out a mass email blast. Shorten them if you need to. Experiment.
You can even try to call 10 people per week that you have not spoken to in a while and use these as verbal pitches, vs written ones.
Choose one or try them all. What's there to lose, right?

email content: Listings, Leads & Luck Of The (PropertyMinder) Agent. - 03/07/16 07:36 AM

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass – it’s learning to dance in the rain (and chasing the proverbial pot-of-gold at the end of the rainbow). Speaking of weather, remember to take advantage of it as a valid reason to reach out and start a meaningful conversation.
This March is your shot to make other agents (figuratively) green with envy, and (literally) make some green of your own in the process - by, well, staying G.R.E.E.N:
Well, predict. Look into saved MLS search data. What do leads/clients need the most? What are they researching? Then, reach out and show your interest by warmly delivering relevant and useful info.

Earlier this week it rained for the first time in a long time in the Bay Area, where we are headquartered. This is a big deal for us Californians. Raindrops and puddles are on everyone’s minds, social media, and conversations.

Weather is a perfect reason to go into your PropertyMinder toolkit, click on ‘Send Message’ and write up a short, valuable email related to weather.
