How?
Simple. Delivering any home care resource they need to feel fulfilled in their home (ex: HVAC, landscaping, roofing, plumbing, flooring, cleaners, etc.) keeps you extra memorable, wouldn't you say? Be an "all things real estate" agent/realtor/broker, and you got this.

Am I habitually providing (giving) my leads and clients what’s relevant and necessary, in order to gain (receive) what’s important, beneficial, and professionally fulfilling to me?
More of a Listing Agent?
– GIVE sellers home values so they’ll turn to you when they’re ready to list.
– GIVE homeowners (your prospective sellers) home care resources so they’ll keep you on their radar for everything real estate.

We have written the scripts (as conversation starting points and/or complete navigations).
You have the contacts (hopefully safely stored in your personal CRM).
 
What we propose:
Call 1-2 homeowners (i.e. – your potential homesellers) each week.
Having in-hand conversation-starters and content to smoothly navigate through phone calls can undoubtedly lessen your anxiety and improve the quality of your relationships.
However, the trick is (obviously) to not come off as “scripted” in your tone and delivery. Be professionally casual and honest. Ad libbing is a nice touch, too! Need someone to “rehearse” with? We’re all ears.
