Yesterday I came across this headline: “The California Association of Realtors says the Republican Tax Reform Plan will eliminate the incentive for people to buy homes, shrink the middle class, and raise taxes on hundreds of thousands of California homeowners.” * Irrespective of your political party affiliation(s), this (especially the parts about diminishing homebuyers’ motivation to purchase homes, and increasing taxes on homeowners) is pretty unsettling news, to say the least. Howdy folks, Tim here, how’s your week going? With inventory at record lows, it’s imperative to secure listing opportunities by any means necessary. Agreed? This includes targeting the hottest homebuyer demographic in the nation: millennials. The logic behind this? Your homebuyers become your homeowners, and your homeowners eventually become your home sellers.
