Inventory is low and it is on everybody's lips. We shrug our shoulders. We ponder, "How does one find or create more inventory? How do I create more listings?" As buyers frantically search for homes, the seller is nonexistant (they are hesitant, afraid, or just plain don't know)- but why?
It is impossible to ignore these key indicators in the current housing market that have shaped the US housing market in 2013. Spring 2013 is seller's market and this poses unique challenges to the real estate professional. Staying educated and educating others is the first step in winning the "battle."
