We have been using our social media channels to ask our fans what bugs them most about being a real estate agent. This month we will address 2 of the answers: Inconsistency and lack of time.
There is definitely a roller-coaster of highs and lows. There is the lack of time to finish our never-ending list of tasks, and there is also the lack of precious free time we need to rest our brains. It's an incredibly rewarding profession ,but it is not quite what any of us thought it would be like.

A Real Estate Maybe..................When you get a listing, do you ever get phone calls from people wanting to know more about the listing?
Maybe they are calling you because there are no listing flyers to grab or Maybe they just don't have a relationship with their Realtor.
Now, is it completely out of line to assume that maybe your clients do the exact same thing?
Maybe you should let them know what is happening in their neighborhood.
This is insurance for the "Maybe's" in Real Estate.
