bedroom: Easy Feng Shui Tip To Help You Sleep Better - Drink Your Tea - 10/23/16 10:05 AM
Besides arranging a bedroom atmosphere that offers tranquility, you also create calmness within. If you are a tea drinker, consider adding a cup of Chamomile Tea to you're evening routine.
Chamomile is the superstar of nighttime teas. There’s not a great deal of evidence that it has any real sedative effects, yet millions of people continue to drink it before going to bed. Including myself and I have found it to be helpful, especially after a very busy day.

Feng Shui Tips To A Successful School Year for Our Children

1. Assist in organizing your children's bedroom and study area. Clutter relates to the physical appearance, but even more importantly, it could impact them emotionally and mentally.  Children are extremely sensitive to their surroundings and if they have too much clutter it may create a jittery feeling of energy; potentially effecting your child’s healthy sleeping patterns or concentration.  Make it a regular practice weeding out old clothes, broken toys, and anything that is outgrown. This is an opportunity to teach our children about giving back to their community or other communities in … (16 comments)

bedroom: America We Need More Sleep - 04/12/15 11:26 PM
America We Need More Sleep
I am getting ready to meet with a friend for some morning networking in Panera Bread.
As I found a table, I observed this scene (image above). A grown woman, tired as could be trying to find rest where she can.  We are working ourselves so much, we are depriving a much needed natural healing modality, which is sleep. In today's world we are working ourselves so hard,...we cannot even function the next day.
This is extremely unhealthy and it can impact us on so many levels. Let that be physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually. It effects your mood, … (20 comments)

bedroom: In Feng Shui, What are the Best Colors Suggested for the Bedroom? - 04/14/14 07:40 AM
In Feng Shui, What are the Best Colors Suggested for the Bedroom?
There are so many references when offering insights and suggestions for bedroom colors so what I suggest to try and keep things simple is look towards the elemental suggestion.
In the bedroom, the element of choice is earth, why? Earth relates to grounding one's energy and offers powerful healing components.

How can you visually represent Earth in the bedroom? One is with color, which could be earth tone based, beige's, creme colors, perhaps even sage or earth blues or greys. Let that be on the wall, rug, comforter, artwork, etc. The key idea … (1 comments)

bedroom: Is a television in the bedroom "BAD" Feng Shui? - 03/23/14 10:54 AM
Is a television in the bedroom "BAD" Feng Shui?
The base principle in Feng Shui suggests not to have a TV in the bedroom. Why? Feng Shui takes into consideration Electric Magnetic Energy radiation given off by electoral appliances.  This includes, radios, lap tops, desk top computers, Television, digital clocks, cell phones, etc.
When sleeping, we are most prone to this energy so to lesson the impact of EMF is to keep them out of the bedroom. This is especially noted if you are one having problems sleeping soundly or even looking to conceive.
Consider this, I know it's an extreme insight but still something to be … (5 comments)

Losing a loved one, family or friend is never an easy life lesson to experience.  If you choose to pay attention to the signs they send after their passing, it's a great way to help you begin the healing process.  Depending on the connection you had with that person who has passed away will usually indicate with the type of signs they will send to you.
