The healing experience of hand hammered Himalayan/Tibetan singing bowls can heal both through sound and vibration because of the consciousness used in creating them. The sound made by the bowls is both captivating and calming, during a meditation. The sound that is emitted by the bowls seem to instantly instill a sense of trace-like clam. Each Bowl is fine tuned to the specific note that affect each individual chakra. *Chakras are energy center in the body, represent as nerve plexuses from plexuses from the spinal cord and endocrine glands that connect with the internal organs.
