After completing a Feng Shui Space Clearing ceremony in Long Island City, I decided to take a stroll along boardwalk in Gratry Plaza State Park. This is where you'll find the famous "Peps:Cola" sign, which is one of the most endearing and recognizable icons on the Queens waterfront."
When I first started vising Long Island City (also referred to as LIC), it was during the raw stages of its overall development. Around that time, I was hired by Modern Spaces as the Feng Shui Expert to the Vista building. Since that time, Long Island City has flourished and continues to grow.

The Vista is Long Island City's first Feng Shui Designed Residential building
This project by far has been one of the fastest developed buildings I have collaborated on. One may ask why? Feng Shui will match the integrity, focus, intentions and energy that you exude. All who took part in helping to bring the Vista to life, did just that, simply did the best they could with an open mind and heart with every step of the way. It's always an amazing process to see a creative vision come to life.
