Very grateful for the Feng Shui Introduction Weekend Class that just took place. Thank you to the students who participated. The two days really allowed us as a group to explore deeper aspects of this healing modality, with heavy focus on how to cultivate chi (energy) through discussion and energy movement exercises. We dug deeper into the ba-gua map, understanding the various life sections and five elements. We learned through storytelling, sound healing meditation, and completed the weekend class with vision board creations to help refine personal intentions and pull the teachings of the weekend together.

To segue into this question, I invite you to read a brief true story. As I was shopping at Lowe's within the garden section of the store, I came across the Clearance Rack and found various flowers and plants that have been greatly discounted because they appeared to be on their last licks of life.

May the force be with you! By the way, which side do you choose? Well, it seems very clear from this homeowner's mailbox design that they choose the "Dark Side." How is this known? The mailbox is in the shape of a AT-AT walker, an all terrain armed four-legged transport and combat vehicle used by the Imperial Ground Forces (a.k.a The Dark Side) in the movie, Star Wars. Interestingly, this massive 65 foot machine in the movie was used more for psychological warfare.

Lets take a closer look at the Master Reiki symbol called, Antahkarana, created by Reiki Master William Lee Rand. There are two Antahkarana symbols; yin and yang, but for now we'll explore the Yin (female) symbol. In essence, the Yin symbol promotes healing in a gentle way for both male and female energies.
