hudson valley ice cream: The Blue Pig Ice Cream

After a mini hike in the mountains, a group of friends and I stopped off at The Blue Pig in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. No, they do not sell meat products, they produce and sell home-made ice cream that is steroid, hormone, anti-biotics, high fructose corn syrup, and gum free).
The prices are very reasonable, starting at around $2.25. Flavors include traditional to a unique blend with fresh mint.
