Today was a wonderful visit down Feng Shui memory lane. A women's group inquired about experiencing a guided walking tour of the first Feng Shui-designed and LEED Certified hotel on Long Island, called The Viana Hotel and Spa. All aboard!! Jamaica Station has a direct connection to Grand Central Madison which is a new terminal that is directly below the Grand Central Terminal.
The escalator in Grand Central Madison is the longest in New York City! - at 182 feet, with a one-way trip on the escalator taking about 90 seconds. It's recommended if you have a scheduled meeting, it best to leave some extra time to navigate your way out of the Grand Central Madison terminal.

Last weekend I had back-to-back Feng Shui and Reiki healing sessions throughout New York City.
During my lunch break, I decided to visit the historic South Street Seaport, located adjacent to the financial district in lower Manhattan. This was a wonderful visit as it was bustling with outdoor shoppers and dining, and even lounge chairs located at the end of the pier where you could just lay back to take in the views and pause for a moment.
